Once again, we—the Betty Hollis Team—are walking to raise money to support the Alabama Kidney Foundation.    Please consider joining our team for the walk on Saturday, May 9, and/or making a donation to help.
 
As you may know, we are walking in memory of Mother who received a kidney transplant in 1998 as well as other family and friends who experienced kidney disease or are currently living with kidney disease. 
 
We have been walking in this event each year even before Mother received her kidney transplant and was on dialysis herself.  She was always ready to help others and led the way in raising money to help others in need.  We know that, while she is not physically with us, she is with us in spirit and encourages us to continue in her footsteps.
